By accessing the mapping site you agree to use the tools and content in accordance with applicable law and these terms. If you disagree, stop using the services. The site offers general information and exploratory calculations; it does not provide regulated professional services.
Permitted use
Users may interact with calculators, generate ordinary shareable maps and use supported export features for lawful personal, educational or business planning. Follow applicable third-party mapping-data licenses and preserve required attributions when redistributing exported content.
Prohibited activity
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, overload or disrupt community tile servers or geocoding services.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, injection, credential abuse or circumvention of usage protections.
- Do not remove map data attribution or misrepresent approximate measurements as legally certified.
- Do not use location-based features to stalk, intimidate, harass or unlawfully monitor others.
Accuracy and availability
Results may contain rounding errors, imperfect geocoding, incomplete trails, data-vintage mismatches or unavailable third-party service responses. The site is supplied on an as-available basis. Service interruptions, bugs and provider quota limits may affect functionality. No guarantee is made that a result will be suitable for safety-critical routing, legal compliance, official parcel mapping or investment decisions.
Intellectual property and open-source components
Original written material, branding and interface code are maintained by the site owner except as otherwise licensed. OpenStreetMap map data, software libraries, datasets, third-party brand names and externally hosted services retain their own respective terms and licenses. Links and external services
References to external websites are informational; we do not control their uptime, availability, privacy practices or changing product offers. Competitor comparisons are descriptive, not endorsements or guarantees.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and liability for losses caused by relying on approximate results. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may correct content, change routes or suspend features when necessary for security, technical accuracy or provider compliance.

User responsibility for sensitive decisions
Before using geographic data for property transactions, delivery safety, licensing, statutory driver hours, public services, emergency access or resource allocation, compare the result against authoritative records and qualified professionals. You must obtain required permission before using mapping to monitor people or devices.
By downloading an export, you remain responsible for following applicable third-party datasets’ attribution and license rules, including any special redistribution conditions.
Service revisions and continued access
We may update formulas, adjust search provider integrations, move pages or suspend abusive traffic to protect the application and external mapping services. Features relying on third-party platforms are subject to their continued availability and technical restrictions. There is no guaranteed uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of a shared link.
Jurisdiction and non-waivable rights
These terms are informational operating conditions, not an attempt to remove rights granted under mandatory consumer, privacy or other applicable laws. Specific legal outcomes depend on the laws relevant to the user, hosting location and operator. If a provision cannot lawfully be applied, the remaining terms continue as far as permitted by law.
Availability of third-party services
Maps depend on remote tile providers and may become unavailable due to network restrictions, service outages, terms-of-use changes or load limits. Place search and road isochrones use separate providers and may require keys, quotas or license agreements.
The operator may update supported functions or discontinue a third-party integration without prior notice where necessary. Users should not rely on uninterrupted service for safety-critical routing, property decisions or compliance calculations.
Use of exported files
Users may export the geographic shapes that they themselves created, subject to applicable map and dataset licensing. A KML/GeoJSON file is a geometry representation, not a legal parcel certificate, original satellite imagery license, traffic guarantee or ownership record.
Any person importing the files elsewhere is responsible for the downstream service terms and for independently verifying whether the exported coordinates are suitable for their purpose.
Prohibited and inappropriate uses
Do not use the website to stalk individuals, infer precise private locations without authorization, interfere with services, submit unlawful material or attempt to overload public geocoding and routing endpoints.
Do not use a generated geofence, radius or estimate as proof of regulatory compliance, secure access rights, land ownership or emergency evacuation eligibility.
Corrections and updates
Report material errors using the contact address with a non-sensitive reproducible example. We may correct formulas, change sources, revise explanatory text or update supported units.

Permitted geographic and software use
Use the public calculators for ordinary personal, educational and business planning where approximate geospatial measurements are suitable. Do not attempt to misuse address-search endpoints, defeat service rate limits, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, upload malicious content or interfere with other visitors. Maps and third-party datasets remain subject to the relevant suppliers' terms and attribution obligations.
Important limitations on relying on results
Circle radii are calculated as geographic distances, not as driving mileage. Population figures may be approximate ZIP-center sums with mixed reference dates. ZIP lookup lists are not USPS delivery-certification databases. Geofence test points are manual boundary checks and do not create automatic monitoring. Land area is not a legal boundary survey. FMCSA commentary is educational and does not determine driver eligibility for an exemption.
Availability can change due to hosting downtime, API quotas, revised third-party datasets or map-tile service interruptions. A user's reliance on a result for a high-stakes commercial, legal or safety decision requires independent verification with competent authorities.
